Hope you've had a chance to join in the excitement of Spring Coffee (and Tea) Lovers Bloghop - it's been TEA-riffic

For my card, I used several Tim Holtz products.  The backdrop was cut from Mixed Media Thinlits, the cups were cut from pattern paper using Sizzix Bigz Tea Time and I added the spoon from Idea-ology Silverware.  (The sentiment and pattern paper is retired from Stampin Up.)

Good Morning Birdies

Hehe...even the birds love their morning coffee!  How 'bout you?!  Even if you aren't a coffee or tea drinker, you'll want to stop by the Spring Coffee Lovers Bloghop to see the hundreds and hundreds of incredible creations folks have linked up!!

I made this card for the Paper Sweeties March release using You Warm My Heart.  It was one of my personal favs and reminds me that spring is coming!  Those little birdies holding their morning coffee just make me happy!

Coffee and Sprinkles!

Sprinkles make everything festive!  And since we're still celebrating our love of coffee/tea at the Coffee Lovers Bloghop, I thought it appropriate to make a festive sprinkles card!

For my card, I started with a colorful pattern paper from Lawn Fawn Perfectly Plaid Rainbow Petite Paper pack.  The cup, from Simon Says Stamp What's Brewing set, was paper pieced and I added some Nuvo Crystal Drops to look like 'coffee'.  I colored these darling donuts from Lawn Fawn's Donut Worry set and added Papertrey Ink "Sprinkles" word die cut.

A Cup of Kindness

We're almost a half way through the Spring Coffee Lovers Bloghop and I have just been wow'd by the amazingly talented folks out there in blogland!
For my card, I used an adorable, new Paper Sweeties stamp set: Tackle Life One Cup at a Time!  I love those sweet tiny cupcakes and coffee cups -- eek!  Emma is enjoying a cup of java and sporting her cute new outfit from this set, too!  These pretty flower shaped Cupcake Sprinkles sequins and Sugar Sprinkles seam binding add the perfect touch.

Feel Better Soon

My beverage of choice, by far, is coffee, but when I have a cold or am over stressed, a cup of tea definitely does the trick...it's so soothing!  I think it also reminds me of my grandmother who loved her tea!

Tea or coffee...either way we're celebrating the lovers of both with the Spring Coffee Lovers Bloghop!

For my card, I used this fabulous die from My Favorite Things: Bedside Comfort; the teapot is from Paper Sweeties You Warm My Heart die set and the teacup is from my stash :)

It's a day to party!  I just returned from a business trip and am celebrating being home and playing in my craft room once again!

For my card, I used some new paper from the Lawn Fawn Perfectly Plaid Rainbow Petite 6x6 pad.  The darling pinata image is from Lawn Fawn's Year Seven stamp set, the other sweet birthday images are from Lawn Fawn's Plan On It Birthdays set and the sentiment from Lawn Fawn's Sophie's Sentiments.

Thanks to these challenges for helping me celebrate:

Cup of Roses

I can't say enough about the latest release from STAMPlorations!  There are so many fabulous coffee/tea themed products just in time for the Spring Coffee Lovers Bloghop!

My card and envelop are featuring two of those new STAMPlorations stamps:  A Cup of Roses and Row of Roses.  The images are so gorgeous...even with my average coloring skills, they look amazing :)  The sentiment on the tag is from Fond Expressions 2 (a definite 'go-to' sentiment set for me!)

Use Code:  STAMPGIRLKATHY for 20% off your STAMPlorations purchase!!
I'm excited to submit my card to these challenges, too!

Merry Monday Christmas Card Challenge #241 - Color

I think Spring is really trying to get here, but I still have Christmas in my heart!  Welcome to this week's Merry Monday Christmas card challenge!  Deanne has a wonderful challenge for us: Create a Christmas card using red, green and white -- easy peasy, right?!

For my card, I blended some Distress Oxide Ink for the background and used this darling WPlus9 image Holiday Hugs - just makes me feel "warm" all over!

Be sure to check out the fabulous projects the rest of the Design Team has to share with you!

So excited to see YOUR fabulous creation in the gallery!

Smile In A Cup

There is certainly something special in the day's first sip of coffee...it makes me smile!  Another thing that's makes me smile is that the Spring Coffee Lovers Bloghop is still going on - yay!

For my card, I started with this wonderful Cream & Sugar pattern paper from Doodlebug (6x6 pad).  They must have known it was Coffee Lovers Bloghop time :)

I stamped and paper pieced the cups from The Greeting Farm Perk Up set and this little cutie is also from The Greeting Farm: Mini Remix Brew-tiful.
